Friends of WES 2-17-12 Present: Martha D., Heather L., Gretchen C., Stephanie H., Julie B., Todd H., Debbie H., Cassie M., Laura M., Denise K. Town Meeting Day · Heather made a motion to have all proceeds benefit the sixth grade trip. Denise seconded. · Denise, Laura, Julie, and Gretchen will make calls to people requesting individually wrapped “grab-n-go” baked goods and crock-pot items. · We’ll provide coffee and soda. Heberts will donate bottled water.
Budget - We currently have $2,250 in the budget. · Heather made a motion to $600 for Four Winds. Cassie seconded. · Heather asked Stephanie to look into monies that are “left-over” from ski program. Future Potential Costs · Drama $200, Scholarships $500, Bowling bus $300, DCF incentive
Cross Country Skiing · Martha will talk to the Thompsons about bringing the whole school. · Stephanie will look into bussing costs.
